Dr. Hussain Al Shemsi, a UAE National, the Chairman and Founder of Hussain Al Shemsi Group of Certified Public Accountants in Sharjah and Ajman , Essar Associates – Dubai holds PHD in Auditing, Masters in Business Finance and Administration and Bachelors in Accounting. Dr.Hussain is a Registered Auditor licensed by the UAE Ministry of Economy, Registered Accounting & Tax Expert approved by UAE Ministry of Justice and Registered Arbitrator accredited by the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre.
He has varied experience in the fields of auditing, accounting, corporate finance, treasury management and domestic business in the Government, public and private sectors over past 30 years. He has also held various managerial positions in Government departments in the Emirate of Dubai and Ministry of Justice.
A trained and certified quality expert from the Dubai Government Excellence Program, he is a proficient lecturer and has conducted various workshops in finance, management, strategic planning and risk analysis. Besides professional practice, Dr. Hussain also serves as member of various dispute resolution committees for Federal Organizations.
