Mr. Samir trained with one of the leading audit firms in Southern India, where he gained a thorough grounding in dealing with SMEs. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001 and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He gained invaluable post qualification experience in auditing and corporate finance while working in UAE with International Auditing Firms and Investment Holding Group.

He is having experience of over 25 years and working experience in Asia, Middle East and African Countries. In addition to auditing, accounting and taxation, he works extensively in business consulting with particular emphasis on financial management, business valuation, IFRS compliance, due diligence, systems designs and business financing. His skill sets are varied, and he has helped innumerable clients grow their businesses over the years with personal service being paramount.

As Executive Director, Samir leads Hussain Al Shemsi from the front, setting and implementing the corporate strategy and has been instrumental in defining the organization’s service strategy and vision.

A qualified Chartered Accountant from India, Anil is a seasoned professional having over 20 years of extensive experience in auditing and business consultancy services. A technical financial expert with experience leading audit firms, multinational companies in the top management level, Anil has gained extensive and diverse knowledge in accountancy and financial operations of various industries.

Anil handles the advisory division with Hussain Al Shemsi and is engaged in business valuations, corporate restructuring and management consulting.

A young and talented professional with over 15 years of experience in audit and taxation in UAE and India. Faisal holds a Masters degree in commerce and is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Faisal possesses deep knowledge and experience in developing accounting systems, financial and tax planning and has always exceeded clients’ expectations in providing advisory services. He maintains excellent relationship with the clients and supports Hussain Al Shemsi in implementing the service strategy and vision.

Mohamed Salim is a distinguished and accomplished Chartered Accountant and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). As a leading teaching faculty for professional courses, Mr. Salim has taught in various reputable institutions accross India and his dedication and commitment to his students are evident through his role in training more than 10,000 CA students. He authored books on Companies Act, Accounting and Auditing Standards which became popular among professional students.

Mohamed Salim has gained extensive experience working in both India and the UAE, for over 25 years in the field of auditing and professional training and has become well-known for his ability to navigate the unique challenges facing businesses in these regions. He handles the training and quality programmes with Hussain Al Shemsi and is engaged in audit and assurance.
